Submission of an objection

An objection shall be submitted in one of the following ways:

1.At the Customer Service Center - Cinema City Complex, 10 Yitzhak Rabin Blvd., Jerusalem.
2.By registered mail to Cfir, P.O. Box 44465 Pisgat Ze'ev West, 97775 Jerusalem
3.Through the website at www.Cfir.co.il in the online form.

•Please attach the following to each objection:
•A photocopy of your ID + the information slip
•A photocopy of the increased charge
•It is recommended to attach documents that support your application if relevant to your objection. (a legible copy of both sides of the travel ticket, ticket purchase certificate, medical certificate, disability certificate, disability, enlistment card, combat service certificate, Social Security certificate, study certificate)
