Park & Go

For the benefit of the Light Train passengers, three designated "Park & Go" parking lots have been established in the city near the Light Train stations: on Mount Herzl, Givat Ha Mivtar and Pisgat Ze'ev Center.

All Park & Go parking lots are operated by "Manti" (Jerusalem Traffic Management Center) under the Jerusalem Municipality and are not the responsibility of Cfir.

Nahal Stofim parking lot in Givat Ha Mivtar

The new park and drive 'Nahal Stofim' parking lot next to the train station in Giv'at Ha-Mivtar. Parking in the parking lot is free, subject to presentation of a valid ticket for public transportation in the city - light rail or buses.

Operating hours of the Nahal Stofim car park (unchanged)
01:30 the next day - Sunday-Thursday: from 05:00
Fridays and holiday eves: from 05:00 until one hour before the start of the Sabbath/holiday
Mochash and holiday: one hour after Shabbat/Holiday ends until 01:30

All of the "park and drive" parking lots are operated by the Jerusalem Traffic Management Center and are not the responsibility of Cfir. For more information you can call *2180

Herzl Mountain Parking

A roofed parking lot comprised of 552 parking spaces on 4 levels across an area of about 16,000 square meters.

 

It was built adjacent to the edge of the Mount Herzl Light Train station.
From the parking lot, you can go directly into the station above it.

Pisgat Ze’ev Parking

The parking lot contains about 250 parking spaces and is located on Gal Street in Pisgat Ze’ev, near the “Pisgat Ze’ev - Center” station, and the Community Administration.
From the parking lot, you can take the stairs or the elevator directly to the Light Train station.
The parking lot is intended to serve mainly the residents of the northern neighborhoods of Jerusalem - Pisgat Ze'ev and Neve Ya'akov as well as the residents of the Binyamin Area towns, who come through the Hizma Crossing and can park their car in the parking lot, and continue from there to the city center comfortably and easily on board the Light Train.

All the parking lots were built in central locations in order to enable the private owners to leave their cars and get to the city’s center without experiencing traffic jams and parking shortage.

Please note - Parking for all passengers of the Light Train and the other means of public transportation is free, upon presentation of the travel ticket/card.


The passengers on the Light Train are welcome to leave their private vehicles in the parking lot and board the Light Train for a pleasant and comfortable ride.
