Park & Go

For the benefit of the Light Train passengers, three designated "Park & Go" parking lots have been established in the city near the Light Train stations: on Mount Herzl, Ammunition Hill and Pisgat Ze'ev Center.

Herzl Mountain Parking

A roofed parking lot comprised of 552 parking spaces on 4 levels across an area of about 16,000 square meters.

It was built adjacent to the edge of the Mount Herzl Light Train station.
From the parking lot, you can go directly into the station above it.

Ammunition Hill Parking Lot

An open parking lot containing about 600 parking spaces. The entrance to the parking lot is from Zalman Shragai Street near the entrance to the Ammunition Hill site.

The parking lot is located very close to the Light Train station and can serve both those coming from Ma’ale Edomim and those coming from the center of the country through Highway 9, who can reach the parking lot, park their car and conveniently ride on the Light Train.

Pisgat Ze’ev Parking

The parking lot contains about 250 parking spaces and is located on Gal Street in Pisgat Ze’ev, near the “Pisgat Ze’ev - Center” station, and the Community Administration.
From the parking lot, you can take the stairs or the elevator directly to the Light Train station.
The parking lot is intended to serve mainly the residents of the northern neighborhoods of Jerusalem - Pisgat Ze'ev and Neve Ya'akov as well as the residents of the Binyamin Area towns, who come through the Hizma Crossing and can park their car in the parking lot, and continue from there to the city center comfortably and easily on board the Light Train.

All the parking lots were built in central locations in order to enable the private owners to leave their cars and get to the city’s center without experiencing traffic jams and parking shortage.

All Park & Go parking lots are operated by "Manti" (Jerusalem Traffic Management Center) under the Jerusalem Municipality and are not the responsibility of Cfir.

Please note - Parking for all passengers of the Light Train and the other means of public transportation is free, upon presentation of the travel ticket/card.

The passengers on the Light Train are welcome to leave their private vehicles in the parking lot and board the Light Train for a pleasant and comfortable ride.
